Thomas has come to our rescue several times. He has come to our house and picked up mine and my husband's computers and brought them back to us promptly, in perfect condition, and he has saved us money in the process. He is just a nice professional guy. We won't trust our computers to anyone else.

10/10 communication with Thomas. Outstanding guy really helped me out when I thought I had no other options. He not only sent me the links to the parts to fix my headphone jack problem but also said I can visit him to help fix it for me or even offered to go where I'm at if needed. Very professional, and I can't recommend the service enough.

Very polite, proficient, affordable and professional from the moment I called Thomas came right on now assess my mess that I had what happened to my hard drive that I had about 20 years worth of back up on and failed. He rescued the majority of it off there and got me going again as of today and then, now he is putting everything on a new desktop for me, I couldn’t be more happier with the service and find somebody knowledgeable as he is I would suggest him to anyone that needs computer services
