I had a localized roof leak on the bottom corner of an addition. I contacted multiple contractors who posed as roofers but were general contractors who subcontracted the work. All wanted large amounts of money and recommended an extreme approach at great expense.
I found Armor Roofing on the BBB website and contacted them. I talked with the owner, Steve, who sent out his repair specialist, Lenny. During his initial visit, Lenny fixed the problem with some tar without replacing any shingles. Lenny inspected my roof thoroughly and sealed multiple nails that were potential future problems.
Lenny also found two of my vent pipes needing repair that posed a future water damage problem. He came back on Saturday during the Labor Day weekend and repaired the pipes including rodent covering that is screen not shown in the photos.
Lenny did a quality job in a reasonable time for a very fair price. He also provided before-and-after photos. I highly recommend this reputable company. Now I am ready for rain!

In a world of commodities, such as roofing, it’s the little things that make the difference. I have been dealing with a roofing replacement need for the last 3 years at my 92 year old father’s home in Yulee Florida. While working through the claim process I found Armor Roofing while checking in the Better Business Bureau website. Called and spoke to Steve Kelly, owner, who took the time to listen and help me with my predicament. He sent his son, Nick to dad’s house the very next day to check our roof and give us one of various estimates I have as collecting in my search. The reason we selected Armor Roofing was because of the people. Both Steve and Nick stood out for their honesty, caring and professionalism. Nick handled our entire installation process, worked closely with me to keep me informed on schedule and progress. He was absolutely outstanding. Price was reasonable and the crew was excellent. Our roof is beautiful and all handled with great care.
Will recommend Armor Roofing 100%.

Steve Kelly was amazing! He walked me through the roofing process step by step, answering questions with much knowledge and patience. I got several quotes from other companies but no one came close to making an effort to build rapport and be genuinely interested in the project. Felipe who led the crew, was friendly and very professional. They finished my roof in a day and cleaned up at as if they'd never been there. I'm extremely happy with the end result and highly recommend Armor Roofing!

Steve and his team did a great job installing a new roof on our house at a reasonable price. I had three bidders. But it doesn't end there. Eight years later I found that my insurance company when they wrote a new contract had the wrong date. When I contacted them, they did not have the documents verifying when the job was done. I contact Steve and he sent me copies of the documents. But the company would not accept them because they did not use a particular phrase. Steve referred me to the folks in the city inspection department. I contacted them by email and the Chief sent me an email explaining the department's policy that they do not use the phrase in question. The company accepted that and reduced my over $3,000.
This was service above and beyond. There is no question which company I will use next time.
