Burdens did a great job replacing both of the springs on my garage door. I called them to inquire & they came out within 2 days. Competitive pricing. And they repaired 2 springs within 40 minutes. The 2 men were knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly! Christie on the phone was communicative, efficient, and kind. I will definitely use in the future again, if needed!

Overall good experience, the lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional also made a good first impression. The repair men arrived on time and were efficient. If you need garage door service this is a good local company .

I cannot say enough good things about this company!!
Dawn is AMAZING! She went out of her way to get a crew here A.S.A.P. (I run a self storage facility, and we are a bit of a drive for them), she is always kind, courteous, professional and friendly!
The two gentleman that have come to fix the doors on a couple of units are also just the best! Quick, efficient, friendly and they do an outstanding job!
I would highly recommend Burdens! Two thumbs way up!!

Great company to do business with. The guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. They checked out my 32 year old garage door and adjusted the tension so I could open it without it falling back down when the electricity is out. At my request, they replaced the old metal rollers with new nylon ones to cut down on the vibration and noise. They lubed everything and didn’t try to sell me new springs or a new door. I appreciate their honesty.
