Brian with Chills on Wheels gave the very best service. We called them and within a couple days, they were installing our new unit. They aim to please their customers 110% Everyone was very respectful and easy to work with. Thanks again!

Had to call to get some clarification on pricing and services and had one of the best experiences I've had from the lady in their office. Heather I think is her name, but I've been met with insincere, rude attitudes before when I tried getting work done on my AC through other companies and had called their office over things like just asking about pricing and availability. Told things like it says online etc. And I ended up getting just as shitty services as the people they had answering the phone for that company. So happy to be able to be treated w respect, manners, and patience when it came to Chill on wheels and was impressed enough to write a review on here. Definitely recommend and highly satisfied with the customer service Heather provided me with.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Chills on Wheels Heating. Despite multiple visits to my home (over 3 times!), they've failed to resolve my heating issue.
The first technician, Guy, told me I didn't know how to use my heat properly. However, it turned out that my heat strips were indeed out. Completely unprofessional.
The next technician, Triston, visited my home twice for the same issue, only to tell me nothing and leave me guessing. It's like they think I have all the time in the world to waste. I HAVE A JOB I CANT BE HOME TO WAIT ON THEM HAND AND FOOT!
For a month, I've been given the runaround with no clear information or resolution. Chills on Wheels Heating's lack of professionalism and incompetence is staggering.
I strongly advise against using this company. Their service is absolutely ridiculous, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I'm shocked by your response. Instead of taking responsibility for your company's subpar service, you're deflecting blame and making personal attacks. Your accusations are baseless and unprofessional.
Let's set the record straight: my issue is with your company's failure to fix my heating problem despite multiple visits. Your technicians, including Guy and Triston, were incompetent and unhelpful. I have every right to express my frustration and disappointment.

I never slandered your company; I shared my legitimate concerns and experiences. And, for the record, I never screamed at your technicians. Your attempt to victimize your company and technicians is pathetic.
Your statement about not being able to control what my property management company pays for is irrelevant. As a contractor, it's your responsibility to communicate effectively with your clients and provide satisfactory service.
I'm not being "nasty" to the wrong company; I'm holding your company accountable for its poor performance. I will continue to share my experiences with others, and I hope that in the future, your company will take customer complaints seriously and strive to improve its service.
Don't bother wishing me "best of luck." I'll take my business (and my reviews) elsewhere.

Dave and his partner were timely, thorough, efficient, and got the job done very well. They, also, explained how to keep up with the maintenance and made excellent recommendations to prevent further problems in the future. Very happy with the service and will be calling them for any issues in the future!

Chills on wheels tech, DeSean, did an amazing job today on my ac unit. He was very knowledgeable, found the issue, and fixed it quick. He explained quite a few things to me. My experience has been fantastic and I will use them for all my future ac needs.
