Although this is a small restaurant, the service and quality of food is top shelf! I had been wanting to visit for quite some time after seeing a review with pictures.
I finally made it happen on Saturday and my taste buds were so happy I did!
I chose the personal birria pizza and look forward to trying other delicacies on their menu. Highly recommend trying this restaurant if you’ve not yet done so!

Mediocre and overpriced. Nachos came with way too much lettuce and the shredded cheese was not melted. Most nachos have some sort of beans but these did not. Tacos birria 3/5 stars for taste. Esquite presented will but tasted just ok. Server was young and inexperienced but gave his best and was trying to do a good job. This place was on my restaurant list for a long time and now that I've gone, I'll check it off my list and not return. Still haven't found a decent Mexican restaurant in Jax.

Hands down the most authentic Mexican food around. Deliciously fresh food and amazing service. We’ll be back soon!

They serve you fresh chips and salsa the minute you walk in. They serve juicy fajita tacos, birria and banging veggie tacos (corn tortillas). The hosts are lovely to their customers and very accommodating. It was their food truck that pulled me to their brick and mortar store. Great spot for a Friday evening with friends.

The birria taco was the star. I jokingly call it the Mexican French dip and really it is. Nothing really wowed me. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was nice that included a salsa bar. No real notable salsas that typically kept me eating endless chips. The lengua taco was ok too. The esquites I would avoid at all costs since it really tasted like canned corn with mayo. Not the typical charred goodness you would get that really adds a smoky flavor. My partner got the carne asada plate which she was not very pleased at all. It was tough and hard to cut with knife and fork. I will probably back to give them another shot but not right away.
