I had the pleasure of visiting and becoming a member of Ergo Pilates studio in San Marco. I can say without reservation that Ilene is the best Pilates instructor I have ever come across. After a few month of taking Ilene’s classes I was able to see a complete transformation in my body. Now I’m flexible and toned, have a strong core, and improved posture. Ilene taught me the correct Pilates form and how to activate my core. Ilene is a master pilates instructor and if I was able to give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend visiting this studio for a true Pilates experience with an expert pilates instructor.
