Royal movers were very friendly, efficient, and got my piano to me in one piece. Their prices are fair and it was a pleasure working with them. Very professional. Thank you! Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing assistance moving.

They were pretty good overall. Very expensive but understandable considering the amount of work they do. All 3 gentlemen that work at the front office are great people and very friendly and helpful. A few concerning things were:
1). 4 of my bowls were broken.
2). I specifically told Angile not to pack my shotglasses with the other kitchen items because i didn't want them broken. He did it anyway, and although my shotglasses were intact, at least 3 of them came up missing. (These were items I acquired overseas, so they have sentimental value).
3). All my silverware was there when I moved out of my apartment, but when I moved into my new one, ALL my small forks were missing. I noticed this because I only use small forks
I did leave the movers alone in both places while I went to the bank to get money to tip them as a way to say thank you. This might have been when my items disappeared.

Royal movers helped me move twice within 2 months. They were kind, careful, funny, and honest. Nothing got broken and they were patient with me. Sonnie, the manager, was great! He listened to feedback and ensured the entire process went smoothly. The moving process is very stressful, and Royal Movers helped make it less stressful. I will definitely use them again any time I move!

If you need materials transported I highly recommend Royal Moving and Storage. They kept in touch with me from start to finish. The movers showed up right on time, were very courteous and professional, wrapped up and safely transported my belongings, set up everything at the delivery location to my liking, and got the entire job done within a couple hours time. Their moving rates were very affordable too, costing in the neighborhood of $500 for the entire job. The whole experience could not have gone better. I thank them for their service and greatly appreciate their help with my move and I am so glad I chose their company over all others offered.
