The girl working here made me wait to spray tan because there was another person IN A BED tanning that wanted to spray tan when she was done. I assured her I’m in and out and would be out before she was done. She told me no it would take make to long because it takes a while. I told her I use Versapro about once a month and could do it. She said no but the person that’s going to spray tan after her bed tanning won’t take long, she’ll be really quick once she’s out of the bed tanning. The other person will be quick but I have to wait because I won’t be? Very bad customer service. Never had this happen at any other salon. Will not be back.

The worst management I have ever dealt with in my life. I canceled my membership in May of this year because I was going to have a few procedures done. I have now been in there on three different occasions where they have not canceled my membership like I have asked them to they still continue to keep charging my card. They charged my card five additional months without my consent, and I even have the paperwork stating and signed where my membership has been canceled. Now, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. The worst experience I have ever had and they also told me the owner would not be able to call me. She was not able to provide me with anybody’s cell phone number or information in which I could talk to a higher Person and management. So not only is this a company that lies to you it is a company that steals from you and they think they can get away with it so I will be waiting on a phone call or an email and I definitely will be waiting on my $160 to be refunded to my account.

I stopped in here a few weeks ago because I was out of town and couldn’t go to my usual place. I did the versa pro spray booth which I have used religiously since it came into existence at least 10 years ago. Their booth wasn’t working correctly and a huge streak of tanning solution dumped out and sprayed my entire body in one streak. I had to wash it all off and it still stained my skin with one long dark streak dripping off me. They set me up to repay in a different location but my tan didn’t have time to sit after all of that and I didn’t even get a tan. The staff was friendly and the manager was supposed to call me to process a refund but she never did.

Employees are unable to answer basic questions about your membership, will put your account on hibernation even if you don’t sign their form because you have questions you’d like to have answered first.

Wellll here we go. I haven’t been there yet but going my first time this afternoon. They don’t have to be super friendly or anything just politely answering my questions. Now I’m an older gal ( 57yrs) so I still wanna look my best but I’ve been to tanning places actually laugh at me. Very unprofessional and impolite. I’m hoping this place will be much different because it’s nice and close my house. Wish me luck ! :)
