Wellll here we go. I haven’t been there yet but going my first time this afternoon. They don’t have to be super friendly or anything just politely answering my questions. Now I’m an older gal ( 57yrs) so I still wanna look my best but I’ve been to tanning places actually laugh at me. Very unprofessional and impolite. I’m hoping this place will be much different because it’s nice and close my house. Wish me luck ! :)

Owner is NERMIN DEDIC!!!
Absolutely horrible management!!!!! We canceled our service last month after 5 years because we were moving. Still got charged this month!!!! Asked management (ERIN) to fix this and was RUDELY told to go f myself. We have sent MANY people to this location. Can’t believe that this happens these days. Maybe the owner should look into this.
Update:
After reading some of the other reviews, it seems the owner just wants to argue with any bad reviews….hmmmmmm….ive owned my business for 25 years. The good reviews mean nothing when it comes to improving. When you see owners argue and just simply call the customer a liar, then there’s the problem.i don’t care how successful you are or how much you THINK you are, it’s ALL perspective. Word of mouth is the best means for business. I know for a fact that my wife has sent 17 ladies to that very location. Yes. 17. We have a lot of followers. No need to even respond to me, but your ego has control. And you know it. Well, I will put the word out in Jax to our followers. 🤷🏻

I've been tanning with this salon for many years (at different locations) but most recently at the Baymeadows location. I called and placed my account on hold and went into the store to sign a needed document to ensure my account was put on hold after I found out I was pregnant. I went in store today to get a spray tan for maternity pictures and was told that I could not receive services since my account that was supposed to have been on hold hadn't been paid in several months. The staff was very kind about the situation, however a mistake when putting in my hold status must have been made and rather then rectifying the situation I was declined services and asked to pay money for services not rendered to no fault of my own. I was not notified in any way that there was a problem with my account, leaving me clueless about this situation and now tanless (if you know you know) for my pictures. Before now, I've never had any issues with this salon in particular or any of their other locations. The beds are top quality and always clean. I'm extremely disappointed to seek services elsewhere, however I will not be paying for several months of services that I did not receive, especially after following all proper protocol to ensure my account was properly placed on hold.

Been coming here since 2018, to multiple locations. Even with ownership change still no complaints. Everyone is super informative and friendly.

I love this place and the girls that work there, always polite and professional.
My only complaint is that the bulbs are very old and need changed desperately
I mentioned this the other day to one of the workers and she told me that the location at St. Johns Bluff the bulbs were just changed and I should go there
Well, that is way out of my way
I have been tanning here for years and at this time I am not even getting hot in the bed and the past 2 months zero color
I mentioned this before and the upper management told me that I was wrong that the bulbs did not need changed.
That is just not true
My daughter just resigned up and said she has been going for 2 weeks, has zero color at this time
There is an upgraded bed at this location, room #5, those are the newest bulbs, and that was months ago and why do we have to pay extra to get a tan
This location needs addressed and the bulbs in the Turbo Beds need replaced
