I normally don’t comment unless I feel compelled by a situation. I know a negative review can hurt a business substantially and I would like for all businesses to thrive,
especially in today’s economy. I’ve been tanning and visiting salons for years. I always ask “when was the last time your bulbs were replaced and which bed has the newest bulbs?”
As a paying client, I have the right to know. I will NOT spend my hard earned money in an establishment that doesn’t keep up and maintain their equipment. I was appalled by Sharon’s response she said,
“I can’t disclose that information, because that will cause clients to choose certain beds. They will have a preference and cause favoritism over certain beds. Which will then lead to over-usage and cause damage.”
Excuse me, I’m paying my hard earned money and you can’t disclose if you maintain your equipment? Ever since, I’ve been tanning. I’ve always had a bed preference. If someone is in the bed I prefer, I’d wait. Every bed is different and paying clients have the right to know if they maintain.

OBSESSED with the cleanliness and friendliness of this location! I tan daily and get spray tans weekly. My membership includes all locations which allows me to still be able to stop in whenever I'm across town. I can not recommend Sundays enough!

I’m shocked no one was present when I entered but could hear people talking. After a few minutes I walked back and interrupted their chit chat asking if I could spray considering I was ready and clearly the other customer was not. I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and know the routine therefore asked if I could go ahead and spray of which I was told no. The girl walked outside to get her things of which I continue to stand waiting. I’m usually not in such a rush and would never say anything but this was unacceptable. By the time she’d gone over the routine I would have been finished. Not a good way to start the new year.

A business has to be really, really bad for me to write a negative review, which is why I feel so excited to sit down and write this one after my experience with the owner, Tiffany. I went in to the salon about a month ago to sign up for a tanning package. I only needed a month long membership and noticed when signing in to that there was some fine print about how signing up for one month actually meant you would be charged for 3. I immediately asked the front desk girl about this and idk I think she wanted me dead for asking her to call the owner but sh reluctantly did it, and the owner confirmed what I had just read. And since I was only looking for a month, I decided to proceed with just one session. Days later I checked my bank statements and saw I was charged for not only the one tanning session, but also their tip top premium tanning package. Why? Who knows! I called salon though and if you’re curious at all about how many times I had to do that, it was ten. After that they unplugged their phones. :) So then I went to the salon and was apologized to profusely, admitted to that the girl who signed me up was new and “probably shouldn’t be handling memberships” I was told the money would be refunded. I even received a follow up text confirming that contact has been made with their “refund guy” (Whatever that means) A month later I checked my statements again and saw that it was not refunded, and I also have now been charged an extra saucy little $5. I contacted Tiffany who advised me she changed her mind and won’t be issuing a refund, but not before venting to me randomly and very unprofessionally about how poorly her business is doing. Hire better staff? It’s a tanning salon? My sister worked at one in high school? I can’t imagine it’s the most complicated job in the world but with how experience went, it doesn’t seem like Tiffany will have to worry about it for much longer. The only reason it has 4.5 stars is because it took over the google account of the previous salon that was there. Beware of this place and it’s shady owner.
