If I could leave zero stars I would. The two ladies working today were terrible. No other customers in there but they made me operate the poly red light face devise by myself which you are not allowed to do. How am I supposed to turn it on then not let the infrared get into my eyes while I lay down and then position the poly device on my face. They are supposed to do that for you it’s dangerous. And I fell asleep I. There they left me there for an hour and they didn’t even lock the door. My husband had to come in and ask where I was and they made him go get me. What if something bad happened to me because they made me operate it by myself my eyes could have been damaged. And I pay $80 a month for this. So does my husband. WE WONT GO TO ANY LOCATION EXCEPT ST JOHNS to see Mya and David. They are the literally only people that do anything right at Sundays in Jacksonville. Very disappointed.

I recently took advantage of a free week and decided to upgrade to the diamonds all access package, which includes unlimited use of all three levels of luxury, UV, unlimited, sunless and unlimited spa sessions for the month. The variety of options available, from different tanning beds to red light therapy and Cancun pods, is impressive.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. During my first visit, they took the time to demonstrate how to use the equipment and recommended the best lotions for my skin type with realistic expectations. I felt well taken care of and confident in their expertise.
On my subsequent visits, even though different employees were working, the level of service remained consistently high. They patiently helped me navigate the machines again and ensured I had everything I needed.
I’ve seen a few negative reviews on Google, but my experience has been nothing short of excellent. If you’re looking for a place with great services and a friendly, helpful staff, I highly recommend.

I have been several times to use the Versaspa Pro spray tan booth at this location. I prepped as always, but this tan was splotchy and did not last but about 3 days( usually 6 - 7 days) I believe the booth needs an upgrade or something. The staff is friendly ( hence the 3 stars). I went and received a spray tan by an artist with no troubles and the tan came out perfect!! I think things have changed since the name change. 😢

I really love this solarium, all the guys who work there are great! Always courteous, always prompt and advise the best option for the client! I've been going here for 5 years, but today when I came, a girl named Elsie or Elsie almost kicked me out because I came with children, but I have 4 children, three of whom are always with me after school! I have a business myself, but I always try to make my visitors happy with my service and services! When I came to the cabinet where this girl stood today, my daughter, who is 6.5 years old, came up, the girl said that children can't be here at all, although until tonight I never had any problems, all the employees, on the contrary, made a lot of compliments on me and my children, gave them a sticker, I felt so bad and never felt humiliated!

I don’t ever write reviews unless the service was amazing or terrible. I have been a customer of this tanning salon for 14 years straight without canceling! I have gotten many spray tans here over the years. Never had I had one not develop at all. I got one on Friday for a wedding we had Saturday, it did not develop at all. The booth must have been out of or low on solution. I called yesterday to follow up and I was offered to come spray today which is Sunday. I don’t really do spray tans unless I have an event, so while I appreciate the offer it’s kinda bad customer service for a customer of over 14 years and never once had this issue. Really contemplating canceling my membership. I don’t know if it’s new ownership or what!!!
