Everybody was extremely helpful. Jain helped pick out the tiles with me. The installer came the day designated and stayed over 12 hours to complete the job which was so beautifully done and professionally installed. Backsplash looks absolutely magnificent. I highly recommend working with this company for any kitchen design.
We have had both bathrooms remodeled this year and could not be more pleased with the results of The Flooring and Cabinet Store's work. BJ and Lydia were a great team and worked really hard to accommodate the additional customization we wanted in our projects. Pictures cannot really capture the amazing results. Additionally, we had all bedroom carpets replaced and love the feel between our toes!
We are extremely pleased with our floors. Every one of the staff members at this flooring store, the owner (Steve), and their installers (Junior & his crew) were extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. The floors came out beautiful, and were done extremely quickly. We went with the luxury vinyl plank and couldn't be happier with the way the inside of our home looks now. We are equally as impressed by the level of customer service received throughout this experience, and would confidently recommend them.
Company was very professional. From the initial appointment for the estimate through installation. The installers Fabricio and Israel were very conscientious and took great care to protect the property during install and did a great job of cleaning up. Would definitely recommend. Edit: Continued 5 stars. After Home Depot damaged my brand news stairs during a washing machine delivery, TF&CS came out to diagnose and repair the damage at no additional service cost.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are accommodating and nice in the beginning ,but after they receive your money the customer service goes out of the door. They are under new management and the culture seems to have changed drastically. They never finished the work that they said they would finish, and they make you pay for the complete service before the work is completed. They also don't thoroughly inspect the work after they subcontract everything out, so if there are any discrepancies you will have to be the one to point them out and then you will have to find time in your schedule for them to come back out again, and again (that's if they decide they feel like completing/fixing the work). If you want to work with an establishment that cares about their customers then The Kitchen, Bathroom, and Flooring store is the WRONG place to hire to get the job done. With the amount of money that you have to spend to hire someone to do repairs/upgrade your home, it is not worth the risk of working with this company or any company that does not go above and beyond to complete the work and satisfy the customer. One bad review is good enough to go elsewhere; find another company that has morals, a company where your dollars and business will be respected and valued. If you decide to work with this company anyway please don't say that you had no idea and that you were not warned. This is your warning.
